When you sign up to be a Letter-O-Matic customer and commit to the recurring $300/month payment, you will be contacted by a Letter-O-Matic representative.
COVID-19 UPDATE: In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and how necessary it is to communicate during these trying times, we are temporarily suspending the set-up fee as well as the set up time period. Any client who comes on-board during the pandemic will get a free set-up and have their newsletter fast-tracked so that they can keep in touch with their clients and customers with as little turn-around as possible. We will be taking care of new clients on a first come, first served basis, so subscribe today and make sure your customers hear from you!

Your first month with Letter-O-Matic will be a set-up month. During this time, your Account Manager will help you set up your Mailchimp account using your current mailing list.
Your Account Manager will import your logo, colors and fonts in order to maintain brand cohesiveness and they will learn your brand's voice and tone so they can speak directly to your clients and customers in the coming months.

If you already have an account, we will refund you $150 of your first payment as a thank you for making our job easier.
Every month after your set-up month, your Letter-O-Matic Account Manager will conduct a 30 minute call with you during which they will ask three conversion-focused questions in order to generate maximum sales and produce a newsletter that spurs your customers to action. They will get your approval to send the letter via email or an optional 15 minute call.
Before and after your call, your Account Manager will monitor the news feeds for articles related to your business and do their own research, ensuring you both get the most out of your 30 minute discussion.
One week later, they'll send you a report about how well your newsletter performed.
